I found the product helpful for sleeping. I suffer from Type 1 narcolepsy which also causes insomnia. The product performed as it was described by the seller.
With that said I must caution everyone to research the ingredients, be fully aware of your medical history and of possible reactions with current medications you are taking.
These products are not regulated in the US and therefore have very little research to study their effects.
I highly recommend each individual look at research performed in Europe and Canada since their standards are much more regulated and backed up by research.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to make sure this product is safe for consumption for their condition.
I unfortunately did not do my research and as a result caused harm to my liver and cholesterol with this product.
Again, the product did as it claimed to help with relaxation and calming. I am not discouraging use of this product but i am warning everyone to be mindful in considering how the product could react with your medications and with your co morbidities.
